How do I know which size to get?
- Measure your pet to know its size. You can learn more about it here.
- Check the size of the clothes you are interested in.
We recommend having a margin of at least 2-3 cm when picking clothes.
Which pets can your clothing fit?
Currently we offer clothing for mainly smaller dogs but also some for cats. However, as long as the size is correct your cat could wear dog clothes and vice versa.
We are always working on expanding our selection and you will see more clothes for big dogs in the near future.
Do you have clothing for all seasons?
This wholly depends on where you live and if your pet is sensitive to heat or cold.
However, fashion clothing in general tend to be okay for all seasons assuming your pet is already okay in all four seasons without any clothes.
What types of pet clothing do you offer?
We offer fashion clothes, winter clothes and raincoats.
Accessories like hats, glasses, collars and leashes are on their way, so stay tuned!
What if my pet dislikes wearing clothes?
We do not recommend forcing a pet to wear clothes unless necessary for their own health (e.g. wearing a jacket in winter if your pet is sensitive to cold).
Some pets like wearing clothes, some are indifferent, and some dislike it. Sometimes it can take some time for them to get used to wearing clothes, and sometimes they only like specific clothing. Try it out, to see what works!
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally and we try to include as many countries as possible.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders usually take 7-14 business days for shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package once it is dispatched.
What is your return/exchange policy?
You are allowed to return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unopened and with tags attached. Customized or personalized items are excluded unless defective.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is being returned due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g., if you change your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the items are securely packaged, and keep the proof of postage until the return is processed.
